Lively encounters with people have shaped my life from the very beginning. Time and again, these encounters have provided me with valuable moments of inspiration, personal growth and connection.
Along the way, I have been able to strengthen the expertise for my current work through various building blocks
- in project management for international teams
- as a trainer and facilitator in large international corporations and SMEs
- as a seminar leader in the education sector for participants of all generations
- in coaching through the personal questions of my coachees
- as founder and leader of a climate network of citizens in my home town
- in various honorary positions that always focus on constructive cooperation
- and last but not least, trained early on by my five siblings
At the heart of my seminars, lectures and other formats is always the space that should enable all participants to learn new things, to enter into the experience with an open mind and to observe with curiosity what can emerge from it. Sometimes it is scientific facts, sometimes personal experiences in exercises or even an impulse from a story that can touch us and provide a spark for a new perspective or personal change.
As a person full of confidence in the potential of individuals and communities, I have a deeply rooted joy to learn from each other.
