The challenges and increasing stress in everyday teaching life lead to exhaustion and the question of how we can still remain authentic, aware and committed.

How we can find relaxation ourselves, but also how we meet ourselves and care for ourselves and others, are essential building blocks that can provide important answers to precisely this point.

to meet ourselves more consciously and take care of ourselves

to build a benevolent presence in our interactions with others

Format:
