Confidence and self-efficacy through writing

Self-reflective writing can be a great support during phases of change, before important decisions or to relieve our thoughts.

This form of writing enables us to better understand our own thought patterns and behaviors. We gain more clarity, discover ways to reduce stress, set goals and thus continue to grow personally – all by simply recording our thoughts and feelings in written form and thereby familiarizing ourselves with them.
