We often forget our own needs and the fact that life doesn’t always follow our own plans. How can we stay more relaxed, in touch with our child, without the stress of everyday life overwhelming us and straining our relationship with each other?
The Mindful Compassionate Parenting program supports parents
- with mindfulness and self-compassion exercises that can be integrated directly into everyday family life
- Recognize, understand and change their own mostly unconscious reaction patterns and stress reactions
- Become more relaxed and strengthen self-confidence
- Discover self-care and self-compassion as key support along the way
- To strengthen the focus on the positive and thus place the interpersonal bond at the center of everyday family life
