When our children leave home on their way to adulthood, we often realize that this change is an emotional challenge, especially for us as parents.
Some everyday tasks fall away and free up space, but how do we want to consciously organize them? And how can we face possible worries with a view to the new stage of life and still give our children the space to go their own way? We are called upon to relearn our role as a parent and to support ourselves and our children in a benevolent way.
The seminar aims to open up spaces and encourage
- to consciously confront our emotions, some of them difficult, during this time
- to experience through the exchange in the group that we are not alone in this
- to trace impulses and get to know exercises on how we can be a good companion to ourselves in this process
- to continue to accompany our children with joy and benevolent confidence, albeit now more from a distance
