Our working world is characterized by speed, complexity and pressure. Stress has become a normal state of affairs, causing satisfaction, resilience and creativity to suffer. We are looking for answers as to how we can live more focused, healthier and more confident lives again. It’s about a new, more conscious way of dealing with ourselves, with each other and with nature.
Mindfulness makes it possible to be more relaxed and at ease again by recognizing the connections between mind, body and emotions and supporting them through conscious exercises.
This seminar offers participants the opportunity to
- Find a powerful resource on their own path in emotional intelligence
- get to know the connections and effects of mental exercises based on scientific study results and
- learn possible applications for the professional and private context
- The implementation can take place in both small and large groups.
